F250 2015 f p.o rd sync screen frozen
 

My ford snyc screens lites up but is frozen radio works fine using knobs and shows chanel's on screen phone will not connect gps will not work no response from screen at all did all boots doft and hard still no helptruck is 3 years old 82k on her! Can anyone help me?
