Flex plate weight loss?
 
What are the symptoms of an engine that has flung a flex plate weight? I'm narrowing down a vibration in a 2000 Windstar 3.8 and think it may be that. It shakes bad at idle but gets it's worse at 1.3k RPM but smooths out after 2k.
