Ford engine identification needed

Hi I have bought a boat with a marinised Ford engine and I am trying to establish what engine it is. I believe it to be original engine that came with boat, built 1969.
Numbers on engine I can see are as follows
Model-NUFR13M
Serial-B2959
Sump line-691M6015BA
Any info would be of great help, thanks Glenn[/align]

RE: Ford engine identification needed

I believe that the 302, 351W and 460's were the only FORD engines used in a "MARINE" application. So I would imagine that you have one of the three. If it's a big block, then it's a 460. If a small block then a 302 or 351W. The 351Whas ataller deck block and a distinct firing order (1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 vs. 1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8) then the 302.
