Ford Taurus Sepentine belt shredding

Have a 99 Ford Taurus. Went through 2 new serpentine belts before deciding something else is going on. replaced the tensioner and Idler Pulleys. Now 3rd new belt shredded. Noticed some side to side play in the Power steering pulley(very little). the belt was wet and slimey first go round. some PS fluid was on the PS fluid top and maybe on the belt. The ac and alt pulleys seem ok. Maybe a bad PS pump? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks so much!
