front end shake

i have a 2001 ford ranger edge 4x4 with a 4.0,the other day i changed my spark plugs, while doin so i jacked up front end to do passenger side, when i was done i was checking everything under hood and i added some power steering fluid, when i took it for a drive the front end started shaking like mad when turning right,i figured it was a bad wheelbearing and it was binding against brake ,i changed the bearing becouse it has been bad for a while and it still had the shake,i pulled my front breaks and found cracks in pads so i changed them,i checked the ball joints and tie rod ends and they seem to be good ,im thinking it could be bad control arm bushings or my calipers sticking any input would be helpful and why would it only do it when turning right,i would really appreciate some help thanks
