Fuse #111, 4x4 relay blows
 

I have a 2004 F-150, 5.4L lariat crew cab. Every time I switch to 4 wheel drive, fuse #111 blows. I replaced the transfer case motor already, any other suggestions? Very difficult to track the wires.
