I have a 2006 Fusion in December 2008 I had service done. While in for service I complained the driver seat looked worn and the heat on the seat was very hot. Ford said seats are not covered (20,000 miles) Now when I push the button for the heat the light goes out and no heat.

Is it possible the heater burned the seat and made it fade? (charcoal color leather)

Should have this been covered?
