Help identify this radiator cooling fan

I bought a '67 fastback project sometime back, with it came a truck load of extra parts.
One of them, a five blade radiator fan, each blade is stamped: C6AE-F.
The center of the fan, where it bolts up, is stamped: FOMOCO K-65 MADE IN CANADA.
I was told it came off a rare Mustang, but he had no more details. I have'nt seen many five blades, I know it's a '66.....

Anyone have more info?
