RE: If I change my wheelsize, do I have to get the speedometer readjusted?

Only if the overall height of your tires changes. If the new tires have a larger overall height than you will be travelling faster than the speedometer reads, smaller = slower. If you also installed lower profile tires than your overall height may not have changed that much.

Depending on how drastic the change was, you may or may not need to change your speedometer gear.

depending on the year alot of vehicles for example f150 can be reprogrammed with wds or ngs to come close to original, you put you tire size in and it tells you the revolutions per mile and you pick the one close to the orginal but not all can be programmed .
