Key stuck in ignition
 

My key will not turn all the way back to the #1 postion unless I unplug power to the ignition switch. This means I can't pull the key out unless I cut power to the switch. I replaced the tumbler and the ignition switch, but I still have the same problem when the switch is plugged in. This is in my 2005 Freestyle. It has the same ignition parts as my 2002 Focus. When I turn the key back it stops about a 1/16 of an inch before the #1 position. Anyone have any ideas why?
