Help all,
I just had an Eaton tru-track, moser 31 spline axles, and a ford motorsport gear set, 373 ratio, installed.
I have a Tremec 3350 5 speed, and an aluminum d-shaft. The lash is correct as well as everything else. Problem, I have at least 2" of roll at the tires when in gear. The clutch is a duel friction with an aluminum flywheel.This condition is worse when in motion when I load the drive train then decelerate, (drive / coast.) Forget going down a hill, The car bucks in and out. Is this normal? I'm waiting to snap the universals right out of this thing!

 

sounds normal to me at the tires (that doesn't sound like much backlash at the gears)
