Misfire e150 help

Hi,
I am new to the site and figured I would reach out to get some advice. I have recently acquired a 1992 e-150 with a 351... It has a rough idle and has a misfire (according to the computer random misfire) by the look of things it appears to be running rich as all the plugs were pretty well covered with carbon. as well as black and gray smoke from the exhaust. We have replaced the fuel filter, fuel regulator, all 8 injectors, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pcv valve, ignition coil, and map sensor. It has improved but still misfiring. Any input at this point would be appreciated.
