Need Help 06 - F150 hesitation

Hey Folks,

Just wondering if someone can help me out with an issue or if they have had the same issue. I own a 2006 F150 5.4 ltr engine at 1500 - 1700 rpm doing 72 - 75 kms per hour I have a hesitation or miss in my engine. It's like the truck is bucking. If I let off the throttle and then increase the throttle it seems to disappear. I have also noticed this bucking sensation when traveling at hwy speeds and stepping on the accelerator to pass someone. Any Idea's or suggestions would help. Thanks Farmdog

When was the last time the plugs were replaced? Sounds like a misfire under load. Be really careful with these spark plugs as they will sieze in the head and break off. There is a kit to remove the broken plug you can buy. Just be really careful or get a firm quote from a shop to replace the plugs if needed.
