need help with ignition removal on 1985 f150
 

my column doenst have the hole to press the release so what do i do

it's been awhile since i changed one of those but try this. if my memory serves me correct, you push in on the pin in the bottom, to get it fully compressed you will have to turn it to acc. or on, not running but on. on an 85, it may be gooped up and dried (mine was). work with it but remember they're fragile and you don't want to have to pull the wheel.
