wow internet geniuses everywhere. I've had the start button installed so I can be like the rest of you fat lazy Americans. But for the rest of you who would really like to know. When I get in the car push the brake then the start button nothi g happens. I get messages on the dash that say blind spot system default see owners manual and apply brake. But no engine start and I can take the car out of park and go thru the gears. I saw something on another post that said he had a faulty key fob. Any ideas

I didn't have anything installed. Certain new cars don't have keys they use a key fob and start button. I'm having issues but the dealership believes they key find are bad.
