Radiator Cooling lines

I bought a 97 F250 5.4l about 2 months ago and wanted to flush out the cooling system. Well the connector from the radiator to the reservoir was dry rotted and busted off. So I bought a new radiator and was trying to get the old one out and I can't get the bolts off for the transmission cooling lines. The bolts seem like they are locked up and while I was trying to get the upper one off it kinked the line and now there's a hole in it. I don't really want to spend a butt load of money on lines, especially after just buying a new radiator. Is there any way to fix it?
