Radio help please
 

I have an '09 Kuga which I've just bought a new radio for (from a lady with the same car) and I am having no luck in connecting my phone to it. The Bluetooth is on, I select Ford Audio from the list of sources to pair with and NOTHING HAPPENS. Any suggestions???
