yellow service engine soon light expedition

I have a 2004 expedition and my service engine soon light just came on. What does this mean? Do I need to stop driving it? I have 102,000 miles on it.

You need to have the computer scanned for codes. Most auto parts houses will do it for free. Just be sure to post the EXACT code number(s) so we can help you. Do not post what the parts guy says what is wrong.
