Default dual exhaust help

I have a 93 f250 4x4 with a 351w. She is a single cab standard bed with dual tanks. I wanna run dual exhaust and kick it out right behind my tires. My passenger side is pretty darn straight. But I've got a bunch if stuff in the way on the drivers side. Front drive line, gas tank, transfer case. I wanted to tuck it in the frame rail but low and behold that's the side my fuel lines are on. Any pictures or ideas on how to achieve this. Also I was told by a friend I should run a "x" or "h" piped exhaust. Is this something that would give me any gains? Any help would be great. Thanks
