ford 5.0 parts

Default ford 5.0 parts

i have a 93 f150 with a 302 5.0, i was wondering if parts were interchangeable such as intake with the 5.0 mustang engine. any info would help.

What you trying to do give the truck a lil Ho ? , yes the lower intake can be swapped

im pretty much trying to make my 302 block a mustang HO block because there are more parts available for a HO 302 then a regular 302.

ok, you need the following things from a H.O., the computer, the cam, the injectors, the heads from your truck motor should be the same I belive, They should have the casting # E7TE on them,, you will need the headers from a H.O. or get you a set of aftermarket ones, check your firing order ? it will have to be changed to 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8 , thats cause of the cam , the computer will change the injector firing order its self for you , Does your truck have a Mass Air Meter ?, On the upper air housing, the truck one is quite diff from a car, Iam sure you can adapt it as needed I've never done one on a truck. , if you go with the car upper air housing get the 60 MM throttle body ,
