03 Explorer Transmission/Rear End Issues

I am new here was told about this site by another Ford owner with problems as well. I have an 03 Explorer with 20,000 miles and just got it back from the dealer for the 4th time on the transmission. It slips two times just as you start from a stopped position. It does not happen all the time but this has been going on since I got it. They have replaced the forward gears, they replaced burnt gears and now the latest is they replaced the computer board that handles the shifting. I have had two other times that they say the usual " Can't find anything wrong. As I see from others on this site they too have rear end noise and again "We can't find anything wrong" it sounds like gears grinding at higher speads. Anyone out there that has any suggestions that I can do to get this solved?
