1989 Ford Bronco 2

Hey guys. Could use some help.
Ford Bronco 2 1989 Fuel Injected 2.9 L
Fuel injectors not firing. Node light tested.
Runs if I spray started in intake.
Replaced ECU, still nothing
Getting positive current at fuel injector, not grounding out from ECU, I think?
Help!!! Thank you for any input.

New doesn't mean it's good. Your new ECU is supposed to ground each leg of each injector to fire. It's either not doing that, there's a wiring issue with the ECU's ground connection. Why did you change the ECU?

Grounding issue

I pulled a wiring diagram and tested for positive current at the fuel injector wire at the motor. I got good current 12.7. When I read the ECU was supposed to ground out the fuel injector to make it fire I thought the ECU was the issue. It did not solve the problem. How would you suggest I diagnose going forward?
