2006 Taurus AC Recharge, help needed

Hello!

I want to recharge AC for my 2006 Taurus, I bought this from Amazon, but it doesn't fit. Do I need to get another adapter? What kind?

Any help, much appreciated!

You are probably trying to attach it to the high side coupler, there is both a low side and high side couplings and they are different sizes.
You can damage the ac system if you charge it incorrectly.
To properly charge a vehicles ac system you have to evacuate it, pull a deep vacuum, then recharge it to specification. This tool will only charge it and likely not do so correctly, the ac system machine that dealers/indie shops have run from $1000 to $5000.

Thanks!

I believe I located low side coupler correctly, maybe the ball bearings on the brass low side quick coupler came stuck, that caused me not able to connect...

So did you end up being able to connect this to your vehicle?
