2010 F250 popping noise or bottoming out

Ever since my husband hit a large bump in his f250 a year ago, we have had many problems. It is around left front wheel area. I call it a popping noise but he explains it as a bottoming out noise. So we have replaced the shocks which one was busted so it needed it anyway, the ball joints and now the lower tie rods. Just picked the truck up this morning and my husband says he still hears and feels it. The garage we take it to are honest and friendly but I don't think they are experienced with Ford trucks and we are at a loss. Any thoughts?

When you say ,he feels it , where?
In the steering wheel, seat, that might help narrow it down some.

He feels it in floor board driver side. He said it feels like metal hitting metal. He said he feels it on passenger side a little.

Need a little more info,
Does he feel it when the engine is running standing still in gear, accelerating, coasting or cruising?
Is it 4 WD ? (4X4)
Auto trans or std ?

It is when he hits bumps. 4wd. Auto trans. I actually have a recording of the noise when we were on rough terrain today.

Has anyone checked the engine mounts?

Not that I know of. I listed the things replaced on first thread. I think the garage we take it to does not know ford trucks very well. I have also seen forums on here of the springs being to soft on these trucks.

At this point anything is possible, can you manage to put the recording on the forum so lots more folks can hear it and you may get a more accurate reply.
