I was wondering if someone has any idea as to how to disable the auto startstop on a 2019 escape se, I have looked into forscan but there are no references as to what module does what, if anyone has an idea please share, I pray I will be able to reciprocate in the future, thank you beforehand.

There are some folks canceling Auto Stop Start using FORScan for various MY's. You've searched the threads there, I'm guessing?
The values would have to be changed within the BCM, IPC, and FCIM, and there is a limited success rate for some varied years and models.
Weather or not there's a protocol address available to you may be VIN dependent as to entering rewrite data, including what they've used.
Always back up your As Built data, but if something is lost, I can look up your data per your VIN, or check for Address blocks.. ..
