Default '29 ford sedan

Hi all: Newbi here: I've got a 29 sedan all steel that I do not want to hack on the fire wall. So, I have a 231, I think, v6 from a '79 buick in my ford. I would like to put a 4.0 l. v6 ford and C4. Here is the question. I would like to run a carb, not FI. Are 4B manifolds available? From where? And, if possible, any of you know how these motors fit in the engine compartment without modifying the dimensions of the compartment. I would like to go all Ford V6, carbbed, auto. BTW, is there any other Ford V6 motor that is reasonably priced and could be rebuilt to run intake and four barrel and fit within the current cowl/rad dimensions?
