Default Bad Vibration

I just bought an 08 Escape, with 2k miles, after a week of driving it, Im noticing a low strong vibration when I get over 40mph, seems to drag it down too. The vibration seems to come below and middle, It vibrates bad where the center arm rest is. Anyone know what this is? Please help, Im worried. xo marisa

Default RE: Bad Vibration

Me again I have an 08 Escape AWD xlt. I do alot of highway driving, the first week in Jan, no vibration at all, now all the sudden it's there, this vehicle is too new for problems! I stepped out on a limb because I transport handicapped kids to workshop and back home. I pray I dont have a lemon. The vibtration comes from center/below, I can feel it start over 40 mph now. Seems to shift alright. it's very strange. I bought the vehicle at another dealer as used. at 2k miles, it's under manufacter warrenty, but Im reading alot of people having problems with this and Ford not really helping.

Since it is under warranty, I would take it back and let them try to repair it. Click here and enter the information. It will give you any recalls for your vehicle.
