Default charging problems

New batt, new alt, still not charging I have a e250work van here's what I found so far: blk grn with abrasion rub (fixed) all other grn look to be intact looked at under dash fuse box, pull all there looked o.k. but none are marked. Looked under hood at eng. relay box under hood all seem to be intact relay a different story the lid not marked is one of these for charging system?. removed cowling and noticed an unplugged connection found out it controlled check eng.light soon and buzzer for door open. maybe it has something to do with charging system?

I doubt it. Fords have really simple charging systems. It would be nice to know what year and engine this has, but there are a few things to check. The blk/org wire that goes on the alternator should have 12V at all times. If not, there could be a loose connection or a blown fusbile link (usually near the terminal at the other end of the wire that comes from the alt. back to the PDB).
These also forever had problems with the connectors and the pins in them speading apart and loosing continuity.
Also, is the battery light on or at least prove out normally (on with KOEO, out when running?)
