Damon Outlaw Motor Home w/ Ford V-10

I have a Damon Outlaw motor home built on a Ford chasis with a Ford V-10 and a Banks cold air induction and Banks long tube headers with a complete low restriction exhaust. But, complete loaded weight is 25,000 lbs, so its underpowered. I need a lot more low to mid-range torque to battle mountain grades and high altitudes (thin air). I'm considering a supercharger. Can you help?

I'd like more torque off idle to 4000 RPM. It's geared a little high. I run 2200 RPM at 70 MPH, which I think is low RPM, but it's fine on level ground to maybe 1% grade. After that, it wants to down shift. Its a 2006 Ford F-53 chasis. I carry two motorcycles in the onboard garage and flat-tow a light 4-wheel drive (Side Kick). I have the Ford 6-speed tranny. On a 6 to 8% grade at 6000 to 10,000 FT. above sea level it might be in second gear at 4200 RPM and abount 35 MPH just wailing away. I can get a Whipple supercharger for the V-10 (very expensive), but any other good ideas? Thanks for your thoughts. Jim S.
