Default F-150 Fuse panel problems

So the blinker light starts going fast when I put on the left turn signal. I think its the light I check the front mirror then rear and I dont have a rear turn signal on the left. The right one is fine but not the left. I head directly to Autozone and pick up a new bulb thinkin thats the problem. Also the idiots there told me the wrong way of gettin to the lights. I finally get in and get the bulb changed. I check out the old bulb and its not burned out. I go to check the fuse box and I dont have a diagram of what each fuse is. I think the mauals some where in my house and I swear theres a black hole that eats stuff here. Does anyone know where I can find a manual for the fuse box so I can get this light goin? I dont like drivin around without a light back there. Yeah I have 1 on the mirror that people can see but I dont want a visit by the "friendly" police in this area for that light bein out. They love pullin my poor girl over for nothin and i dont know why lol. Maybe cause I speed a little lol. So if anyone can help me on this I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

What year is your truck? Does the left brake lamp work, and does the left tail lamp flash is the hazards are selected?
