Instrument cluster

I have an 06 f250 four door super duty lariat.
Radio, instrument cluster power windows interior lights seem to short out. I know its a matter of replacing instrument cluster. adding my name to the last in hopes of persuading ford to recall

Fred, a couple of questions first if you don't mind.

What makes you so sure it is the inst cluster?
What exactly do you mean by , "short out"?
Many times symptoms sound the same , but can be caused by an entirely different problem.
Have you considered having your vehicle checked for any stored codes, both present and history? Places like Autozone usually will get you the codes at no charge.
If you can do that , please post the codes here.
Many times we assume a part to be defective only to see the problem is still present after spending a lot of $$$$ having replaced a good part.

OK so I was able to get a few codes from my local parts store as follows
U155 - lost communication with inst cluster mod
P115A
U0100
U1900
I know one of these is low fuel. This related to the cluster / interior accessory prob. If I show 1/4 tank fuel and the cluster ,p windows, dome light and radio go out ,when they come back on fuel.will read empty and low fuel light come on along with the fuel restriction (just started happening) also new is parking brake light comes on. (Park brake is not on , switch is open)
