New guy, old truck

Default New guy, old truck

Hello everyone in Ford land. Quick line about myself, I now own a 74 f250 4x4 w/ 390 4sp. so you KNOW that Ill be needing to ask some opinions. Ive already put a few fords outta their misery, but Im hoping I can make this one a keeper!

Got any pics of that '74? Must be a sight nowadays.

do you run em into the ground or do they just die of old age? LOL

Been out in the mud, and a couple little creeks just to make sure everything works, and oh yes it does. Its got factory size tires on it, but theyre mud tread. I havent got it going good enough to really test it though. It sat for a couple years I guess. Though I was getting a motor that had low miles, but I think the rings are shot from sitting. Still really fun to drive though, or maybe the exhaust fumes are making me crazy!!!! Id post a pic of this beast, but Im better with trucks than computers. Keeps telling me the files too large

Default Hey guys... I need your help...

1993 F150 with a 5.0L V8... Runs amazing when cold. When warm there's a dead spot in the peddle during acceleration between 30mph and 45-ish mph... What could it be? My email is itsdatoneguya.k@gmail.com
