no cruise control, horn , and airbag is flashing 32 code? wtf

HI my curise, and horn stop working and air bag is flashing 32 code.. the fuses are good!!

could this be a clockspring?

2007 f250 diesel

From all that I read, yes its the clock spring, Once you take off the airbag you can test for continuity. Be sure to unhook the battery.
