I just changed the bearings races rotors brakes a while back and it's been doing it ever since. I think it was doing it before I got it.

It most likely has struts up front.
If the struts have never been replaced, there is a good chance the top bearing plate that the strut rotates on may be ready for replacement.

I wasn't aware of struts being on an F150 until the 1997 models ( 10th Gen) when the suspension system was redesigned.
