Not quite sure where to put this so I put this in the off topic LOL, but really dumb question. How hard should this be? my neighbor has a 3.5l ecoboost f150 and recently just bought a 3.5l non ecoboost explorer. He wants to turbocharge the explorer after using it for a trip, because it had no pick up. So, he's hard should it be, and is it even a good idea. My dad's idea was to take the turbos off the f150 and upgrade them and put them on the explorer, are they the same turbos?? F150 is a 2013 and the explorer is a 2013, , would they be the same turbos if the explorer was an ecoboost??
