2011 Navigator 5.4, 3 valve having replaced injectors, coils, plugs and intake manifold. On cylinder 7 replaced the coil 3x everytime is a temporary fix for about an hour then back to a dead miss. Have also ch aged the plug 3x they all looked good. Had shop check it out they said compression was 160 and that they didn't know what the issue was. I have used a noids light for both coil connector and injector connector both are blinking. Alternator looks good so does battery. No CEL or codes. Solid dead miss and my little scanner I have says 138 count misfire cylinder 7?!?! No vacuum leaks...
