Shudder and scraping

I have a 1993 ford f250 diesel. When accelerating from a stop, i hear a scraping noise. Also, there is a vibration at any speed. When im going 70, alomg with the vibration, my truck wants to slow down and it doesnt let me accelarate very easily. We have checked the u joints and all the brakes thoroughly. No wheel weights are missing. I'm wondering if it may be something with the transmission or a bearing? i have no idea

Will it make the noise if you start moving slowly from a stop ? f so, try to see if you can determine where the noise is loudest.

I havent checked for it lately. Ive been more worried about the vibrations and it not being able to speed up without heavy resistance. Last time i did listen for it it sounded like it was right underneath me? Its hard to narrow it down really
