Sync lost Bluetooth/phone menu & connection
 

Hello everyone. 2016 F250 XLT with the basic sync (no touchscreen). Bought this truck used over a year ago and the bluetooth / phone has been working great; stream music, make and receive phone calls, all that good stuff. Suddenly, it quit connecting to my phone and I cannot get to any bluetooth or system menus. I get minimal radio and Sat menus such as bass, treble, etc. But no system menu or bluetooth menu. Pulled the fuse for Sync for about 30 seconds to reset but no luck. Bluetooth on my phone works fine. I can connect to other remote speakers and headphones just fine. Again, this is the basic sync with no touchscreen, just an area with the Sync logo and USB and round plug port. Any thoughts are highly appreciated!
