Clutch issue?
 

I just bought a 1995 eagle talon esi 5 speed manual(yes I'm aware that it isn't a ford) put 200 miles on it and driving down the freeway I real else's the clutch in 2nd gear as I was on a done hill slope from a stop light, well It didn't grab and you could smell something burning so I went to first and I grave but as I pushed in the clutch to go to second nothing the as I had the clutch to the floor and I couldn't get the car in 2nd(my car idles high due to some other issue as to when I sit at a red light it idles at 4k and falls down to idling but once it's at idling speed of 1000 if you hit the gas the car will almost stall) so every time I engaged the clutch it was between 3 and 5k but if I shut the car off I can engage it in gear or take it out of gear with out pushing on the clutch but being as its sits on flat ground when I do that I think the transmission not holding it in gear cause I tried checking the master clutch cylinder today and I had the car in gear last night and it rolled back a hair well the gear was in but if you push the clutch it does nothing so I had to force it into neutral. And I when the car had the issue on the freeway when I trailered it home we checked the master cylinder and it was empty so we filled it and bleed the lines but my bro said every time we open the master slave air came out and after filling it I still can't drive the car so is my clutch not engaging do to bad master and slave cylinders or what cause I booth the car to be a daily driver and that's not working to we'll for me! Any help is appreciated

When the clutch pedal is all the way up we say the clutch is engaged, when the pedal is pushed to the floor it is disengaged.
What I believe you are trying to tell us is , when you depress the clutch pedal it will not release/disengage from the engine.
With the hydraulic clutch system you have you need to keep the clutch master cyl reservoir as full as possible when you are bleeding the system at the slave cyl to remove any air. If you get no more air out of the bleeder, and the clutch will not disengage/release there probably is a problem with the clutch master cyl itself and replacement is indicated after which the bleeding procedure is repeated. If the slave cylinder is leaking that must be replaced.
