Default Crown Vic bolt pattern

I have some nice CV alloys here (wheels) with a number in the bolt circle of 4.54 . I would like to know if this refers to the bolt pattern diameter, or backspace or whatever. I always thought that the bolt pattern was 5 x 4.5, or the same as 5 x 114.3mm. What is 4.54 ? Also, the 5 spoke 2001-2002 alloys 17" , is the offset +12mm, or is this a much higher offset? Looking to use these on a custom vehicle built for high gas mileage, and need a certain amount of exactness in the specs.

Thanx pwr14
