03 windstar - accel pedal stuck at idle

03 windstar - accel pedal stuck at idle

removed throttle body and air cleaner to flush cooling sys - now no pedal travel. cables seem fine, throttle body moves freely. ?????

yes throttle cable moves but pedal does not

Check the return spring first. Look at the bracket.pdf attached previously.

accel pedal doesn't move at all. i'm thinking maybe cruise servo.
