1999 Windstar 3.8 intake issues

I have a 1999 Windstar 3.8 that has a blown head gasket. During the tear down I discovered that 2 of the threaded pieces on the center portion of the intake were loose. Can I repair those or do i just have to bite the bullet and replace the whole piece?
