2000 Windstar - noise above 40 mph
 

When I drive above 40 mph, I hear kind of grinding noise coming from the front end of the engine. Noise increases when speed increases; but when the vehicle at park on idle -- do not hear noise even if I apply gas. Do you have any idea? any help is appreciate !!
