96 Windstar vehicle speed sensor.
 

Hey folks, my trany did not shift properly soI replaced my speed sensor about one year and half ago. about5 moths ago I replaced it again. Now my van is doing same thing again - trany not shifting again. am I missing something here when I replace the speed sensor? Thanks.

I ended up replacing my speed sensor 3 times before I replaced the "pig tail" that plugs onto it. I had it done this past summer and so far so good (you can purchase pig tails at the dealer for pretty cheep).
