We replaced the fan blades on the blower motor for my wife's 2002 Windstar. Initially, the blades weren't properly placed, and they bound up the motor until I took it out again and set them properly. The blower will now only operate on high. Is the speed control inside the motor or is it located somewhere else? Do we need a new blower motor? Thanks!
