I have a 2000 windstar. When i change the heat/cool selector on the dash it makes a clicking noise continuously until you put the selector but into the original position. It will not change to heat it is stuck in the cool position. Any ideas? And how do I get to the prob. pull the dash? The rear heat and cool controls are fine. thanks
