Cold Engine Rough Idle

Cold Engine Rough Idle
1996 Windstar 3.8L V6, 119K.
Engine idles rough when started first thing in AM. Will stall. Runs OK after a few minutes of operation.
I recently had rough idle all the time until I found a vacuum hose I left disconnected. Now, when the engine is cold it still acts like it has the vacuum leak.
Could there be another vacuum leak that is so small it only affects engine when cold? Or is another problem causing same symptoms?
No coolant leaks. Plugs and wires replaced < 5,000 mi ago.
