I intend to replace both front wheel bearing hub assemblies...anyone can provide opinions on the following:

1. Passenger side will be easier to do since the drive axle is longer and hence easier to push out of the bearing.

2. The most likely toughest problem will be the old bearing stuck to the steering knuckle.

3. I see the front wheelbearing and hub assembly from motorcraft offered at $25 each on rockauto...seems like one of the best deal I ever saw!!

Both wheel bearings are making noise according to the mecanic however he said they are not loose yet, just making noise. Van has 222000 kilometers....most likely they are the originals ( I am the second owner)

 

How did you manage to do this without overbearing background music obscuring your narration? Is that allowed on youtube?
