Default fuse location

i dont have a owners manual and i have two blown fuses. the reason why im looking for a blown fuse.i went for an emissions test and the obd connector does not work. i called a few places and thay told me it may just be a fuse. if you guys could help me out that would be great

Here's the Circuit Protection/Fuse Panel for your application.......Fuse Panel postion #17-20amp is for the Diagnostic connector..
