I have a pair of beautiful rear seats that were in my XLT of several years ago. Several people would like them but really want the Eddie Bauer package seats which folded into a bed.

I used to have the Eddie Bauer as well, and it seems to me that it must be merely a hardware issue to convert these to lay into a bed. Does anyone know of a part replacement or perhaps just a grinding down of the hardware to make them lie flat?
